The proposed project is located at the Surface Water Treatment Facility at 2001 West Turner Road in Lodi, CA. The site consisted of site grading, compaction, and installation of crushed concrete base under the generators, installation of 25 pre-cast concrete equipment pads, and 4x poured concrete equipment pads. Minimal trenching as most of the electrical construction was above ground, except for 4x electrical duct bank feeders to 4x switchgears. Two walls and a chain link fence were installed.
